3. Eligibility Our services are available only to businesses. By using our services, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into legally binding agreements on behalf of your business. Our services are not intended for individual or consumer use.

4. Payment Terms Subscriptions & One-Time Fees: We offer monthly subscription plans and one-time fees for specific services. Results-Based Billing: In some cases, fees are tied to measurable outcomes (e.g., booked appointments). Free Trials: We may provide limited free trial periods at our discretion. No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Billing Cycle: Monthly fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.

5. User Responsibilities You agree to: Use the services only for lawful business purposes. Not misuse AI (e.g., no illegal, harmful, or misleading outputs). Not use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications. Respect intellectual property rights of others. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Company Rights We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion. We may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice.

7. Intellectual Property Our Content: All software, platform content, and related intellectual property belong to Smuvi ai. User Content: Content you provide (e.g., data, business information) remains your property. AI Outputs: AI-generated outputs are jointly owned. Smuvi ai retains rights to use outputs for improving services, while customers may use them for business purposes.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability AI Disclaimer: Our AI services may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI results before using them. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smuvi ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland, Pomerania.

10. Termination User Termination: You may cancel your subscription or stop using our services at any time. Company Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or non-payment.
